Building resilient, restorative schools.

We partner with districts to embed trauma-informed and restorative practices -- strengthening relationships, improving climate, and reducing exclusionary discipline while supporting mental health.

Our strategic intention is to utilize our curriculum that focuses on Restorative Practices and Social Emotional Learning framework to develop the students under our care by empowering youth and their families by educating with a purpose.

BCC emphasizes good behavior, strong character, and its impact on academic performance. We also help faculty and staff develop culturally relevant practices that promote student-teacher engagement and student achievement.

RESTORATIVE PRACTICES

A practical framework for everyday classrooms

We move beyond assemblies to routines teachers can use tomorrow: proactive circles, affective statement, fair process, and re-entry.

Belonging-first culture; connection before correction.

Relationships

Harm-responsive processes that prioritize accountability and healing.

Repair

Predictable structures for proactive circles, check-ins, and re-entry.

Routine

Track disproportionality, time out of class, and reintegration outcomes.

Data

Implementation options: school wide training, coaching cycles, student circles facilitation, and leader institutes aligned to PBIS/MTSS.
